r.i.p. little jean jacket

One more sad thing about my fall the other day. The trauma crew cut all my clothes off (while they were still concerned about my neck and back) - including one of my life-saving maxi dresses and my beloved chambray jean jacket. Sniff.
Now I'm in the market for a new one. Any that you have seen lately that are awesome but not over $200 (sadly that one is perfection)? Although I'm loving this little number, I've heard jean jackets are cool this spring . . . just as mine got cut off my body.

  3. I'll now be adding the phrase "getting clothes cut off my body" to my list of Do Not Have This Happen In My Life things.

  6. Reminds me of after my car crash... I knew my arm and legs were crushed and I was in serious trouble when they finally pulled me from the wreckage, but all I could think about as they were cutting my clothes off was, "Dang, these are my favorite pants!" "Eh, I don't really like this shirt anyway." Oh no! That was my only good nursing bra!" I have to laugh now, but I was totally serious. I guess I needed to think about something other than my injuries. :)

It's kind of funny that I was NOT thinking, "I'm naked in front of about 30 male emergency workers." :P

Good luck finding a replacement jacket.... it will probably be worth it if you love it!
