utah - part one
Our trip so far has been great. We are staying at a beautiful resort right on the mountain and we're really impressed. If you're looking for a good place to stay, I completely recommend Marriott's Mountainside. Utah is so gorgeous in the autumn! Can I just say that if you live in this area . . . I get it!
We've had a great time with friends and family. We had dinner at Tuscany with my parents and Christian and Stephanie, we drove to Sundance and had brunch with friends from David's mission in the Philippines and then today we had lunch with some other friends here in Park City.
We've taken lots of drives through the beautiful fall leaves and it's just so beautiful. The temperature is supposed to drop and we may even get some snow up here in Park City. The locals aren't super excited about that, as far as I can tell, but we're thrilled to don some winter attire for a few days! It's so fun to drink hot chocolate and look out the windows at the colorful mountains. Being here reminds me that this earth is magnificent!
