garden pizza appetizer

This is perfect party food. Perfect for a baby shower (like my sister did for mine), a family karaoke party, a girl's night out or, in our case, a Superbowl party. It's really easy and really tasty.
1 package crescent rolls
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 head broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
1 red bell pepper
4 green onions
2 carrots
freshly ground pepper

Press the crescent rolls into a pizza pan to form a crust. Cook according to package directions (I did 375 for 12 minutes). Remove from oven and let cool completely.

In a food processor, pulse the vegetables until finely chopped (you'll probably have to do this in shifts). Mix all the vegetables together in a large bowl until well combined. Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, onion powder and dried parsley together and spread onto the cooled crust. Top with chopped vegetables and freshly ground pepper. Serve chilled.
