Thank you all so much for your words of encouragement on yesterday's post. Reading your positive comments on raising girls really got me excited and feeling like this experience will be one that I will learn and grow from. Of course, parenting either gender will do that for you - but it will be pretty different from raising my boys, I'm sure. So, thank you again for boosting my spirits!

Now, back to my already born (and, might I add, adorable) children! My friend, Erin, invited us to go to Open Gym at a gymnastics studio last week. The boys loved it! I have been surprised at how daring William has been lately. He loved to run and jump into the foam pit, climb the walls and jump on the trampolines. I'm not nearly as surprised at Fritz's ability to keep up (he even loved to walk on the balance beam). I love seeing them figure out how to do things on their own and see the joy on their faces of independent accomplishment. It's so rewarding!
