korean beef
A couple of years ago I posted one of my favorite recipes for Korean Beef made with ground beef. I love making this meal and a lot of you have enjoyed the recipe as well (it's my #2 referral for this site via Pinterest). However, the picture on that post was so bad. Like, every time I would see it on my Pinterest page I would cringe. I'm no food photographer but I could do better than that. So, the other day I made it for dinner as an excuse to retake the picture (and also because it's yummy). I hadn't made it in a while and I was reminded how easy and tasty it is. If you haven't made it yet, do it. Remember not to skip the green onions at the end! It makes the dish!

My family loves this meal -- especially with the green onions and a side of steamed broccoli! Your new photo is lovely! :)
ReplyDeleteI just made this for the first time for my family tonight and it was wonderful!! Thanks for the recipe!
ReplyDeleteJacque and I made this for our families for dinner tonight, and it was so, so tasty! Everyone loved it, and everyone had seconds, (even Jacque's husband Jason, who can be a pretty picky eater). ;) I can't wait to make this for Jim when he gets home. I'm certain it's going to be a favorite of his. Thanks so much for the recipe!
