1. Went to
La Grande Orange with parents, Pete and Darin, Steve and Cindy, Matt and
Topher (not as a couple). Ate delicious half avocado and half prosciutto and fig pizza. Finished off a birthday cupcake from the staff.
2. Went to
Mt. Lemmon with David on Saturday. Ate incredible, homemade blueberry pie in Summerhaven at
Mt. Lemmon Cafe.
3. Ate 60 cents worth of Rocky Road fudge from "The Miner's Sweet Tooth" while walking around the ski resort with my love.
4. Made my birthday cake for Sunday dinner (Lemon Custard Sponge Cake with Fresh Raspberries).
5. Wished

ReplyDeleteWish we could have been there with you guys! Gavin and I would love to have you and David come to Salt Lake and ski with us this winter. We have plenty of room at my parent's ranch...horses, etc.
Mt. Lemmon? I can scarcely believe it--WE were at Mt. Lemmon on Saturday, too! (Camping, of all things). And eating fudge (peanut butter and chocolate) from the same place you ate fudge from, and we missed the pie place by a hair because we were too late and it closed! How I would have loved to have wished you a happy birthday amidst the whispering pines and 58 degree weather. Tres coincidental.
